CME issue

I have a customer running CME 4.0(1) who is having a strange problem. External calls come into the AA and are routed to a hunt group with a pilot number of 2000. If the first DN in the hunt group is busy, the next DN will ring for about a half of a ring. Nobody has complained about being dropped or receiving a fast busy. So I don?t know if there is a real call coming in or not.

I have attached the configurations for the hunt group and all ephone-dn?s and ephone?s that are members.

Any help would be much appreciated!
