Try using this command in the gatekeeper to clear the registration, just in case if the ephone got registered before you added the no register and due to some reason it didn't clear itself.
clear h323 gatekeeper endpoint
If that doesn't help, then as a workaround you can use the "no zone subnet" command in the gatekeeper to force the gatekeeper to not accept any registration request from the 2811. Be advised that this will affect all registrations from the 2811, not just the ephones. So if you have any FXS/FXO ports, then those numbers won't get registered either.
