CME Send Calling Name In Facility IE

Hi all,

Is it possible to turn off Send Calling Name In Facility IE in CallManager Express? I have an issue where the call is dropped every time call forward all is used to forward calls to an outside line. The Telco says that we need to turn off the Calling Name in the Facility IE because the CME is ending the call after getting a status message from the provider switch because the Calling Name isn't supposed to be in the Facility IE? See the Q931 debug below:

CME Send Calling Name In Facility IE

no isdn outgoing ie facility.

Doing as suggested above will cause loss of incoming calling name.
