CME to CME dial peer config?

I'm looking for a sample configuration that allows phones on one CallManager Express system to call phones on another CME system. I'm assuming this will be a SIP dial peer. Any problems with this configuration?

dial-peer voice 201 voip

description Trunk to CME-B

destination-pattern 1..

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:192.168.1.1

dtmf-relay sip-notify

codec g711ulaw

no vad

dial-peer voice 201 voip

destination-pattern 1..

session target ipv4:x.x.x.x where x.x.x.x is the ip address of the other CME

codec g711ulaw (if you don't specify codec, the default is G.729)

no vad
