CME translation-rule help

I am running cme 3.1. I am trying to translate a dialed number of 0 into 1001. 1001 is the extension of the operator. My translation rule is as follows:

translation-rule 1

Rule 0 0 1001

When i run a test translation-rule 1 0 i get the following output:

test translation-rule 1 0

The replaced number: 1001

So it looks like it should be working.

Can anyone shead some light on this for me?

Yes the translation rule is correct. You need to make sure that you apply it to the correct voice-port or ephone-dn.
