CME with CUE Message button problem

New implementaton of CME 3.0.2 with CUE 1.0.2. System works fine, have 1 outstanding issue with the Message button. When a user presses the Message button from their phone, CUE still prompts them for their ID and Password. CUE doesn't recognize that the user is calling from their phone (ephone-dn). Ex. User with extension 1901 picks up their phone, presses Message button and will get prompted for their ID. They have to enter 1901 and proceed to entering their password. Instead of CUE recognizing they're calling from 1901 and simply prompting for their password (like in a normal CM and Unity world). Happens to all users.

Can you send me some configs for both CUE and CCME? Thanks skhilnan@cisco.com

Re: CME with CUE Message button problem

Problem solved. Turned on "trace voicemail all", noted in trace that CME was sending 10 digit E.164 # to CUE. CUE was looking for user's 4 digit extension. Solution was to configure 10 digit # in Configure/Users/ "Primary E.164" dialogue box.
