CME

Hi

I have a CME 4.0 and 2821 router with 12.4 and ISDN line

if a new call arrives, and the customer hook off it takes one or two seconds untill both parties can hear each other.

what could be the reason for that?

Try IOS downgrade to 12.4.1a

was having similar problems with 12.4 (Not ISDN though), after speaking with TAC, recommended 12.4(3e). performed upgrade and everything is working fine.
