I am running a cluster of CCM 4.0(2a)servers. I have an Asterisk SIP Server. As a test, we have registered 10 Cisco 7960 SIP IP phones with Asterisk and all works fine. But we are unable to access the Corporate Directory of the CCM. We have configured the Directory button URL to pint towards <publisher ip address>/CCMIP/xmldirectory.asp. Though we get the Corporate Directory option, when we select that the Phone displays CMXML Error on the top screen and XML Parse Error on the Bottom part of the screen. Do we need to modify anything on the xmldirectoryinput.asp file so that the Cisco 7960 SIP IPPhone can understand it? Please help
