we have CCS 3 working on JWS.we have the ccs ip as 10.1.0.43( dns name DICCCS)and we have a pix firewall which is basically doing a NAT from 10.0.0.74 to 10.1.0.43 . that means that any agent comming from inside the firewall will hit 10.0.0.74 and will reach 10.1.0.43... what is happening is when i am trying to access from inside the firewall using http://dicccs/login i get the html page but the agent control pannel below thepage dosen not gets initialised.it says agent applet not found ..i checked which ip it is trying to acces and found that it is accessing the right ip which is 10.1.0.43 but i am still not geetting the agent applet.. Please suggest wheter there is any settings on the java webserver to be made where i have to give the ip fo the virtual host or something..Please tell me what can we do. Is there any setting in the browser ..etc..

Thank you for posting.

Very simple problem. You need to statically assign your ccs server with a public ip address. Or design a vpn solution for your outside agents. Problem is you are trying to download files from 10.x.x.x which is a private non routable ip address. My email is adignan@n2nsolutions.com if you need any other help.
