Collect Calls

Hi Everyone,

I've been told to look into call logs of certain users for Collect calls. So, when I logged into CDR to do some searching, I can hardly distinguish long distance calls from other calls.

Is there a way to know the prefixes for collect calls?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Naveen,

You will need to configure the CDR dial-plan according to your CCM dial-plan; below you will find a link that explains how to set it up, if you have the CDR dialplan properly configure it will tag the calls as long distance, international, local, ... :
