We experienced a problem last night that casused Unity (3.0.3) to go unavailable and play only the Failsafe conversation. Looking in the event logs we see a series of Com+ and AvRdbSvr_Mc errors complaining about running out of available space. All drives on the system have plenty of room for physical space, but we recently battled a memory leak error on another server where we applied a TAC supplied RDB patch. Restarting the SQL services and then the Unity services cured the Failsafe issue but there is still the looming possibility of this occurring again without warning. There are no other logs that would indicate what caused the problem. The onsite contact is opening a TAC case now, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced RDB issues as well.

--Cael
