communication between CME AND CM

i have 2 ip phones registred with CME 3.0 and one registred with call manager server 3.3 and i want to have communication between all ip phones

In CCM, add the CME router as a h323 gateway. Add appropiate route pattern for CME phones, and route it via the h323 gateway.

In CME, add a voip dial-peer with destination-pattern of the CCM phones, and point the session target to the CCM ip address.
