Compaq Array Configuration Utilit

I do not have this utility .. after installing CM 3.1 from scratch....

Is it normal....?

And where can I get it?

It should be in your start menu under “Compaq Systems Tools.” Which machine do you have, the MCS-7830 or MCS-7835?

It is Compaq DL380....So like MCS-7835....

But it was not there... I install it by myself....

It was CM 3.1

Oh, I don’t know where you’d get that utility if you bought the server from Compaq. Call Manager is only supported on the Cisco OEM hardware so you should contact Compaq to see if you can get it from them. The hardware platform might be the problem with your backup hanging too.

Actually, CallManager 3.1 is supported on a customer provided Compaq DL380 server as long as it meets the hardware requirements listed here:

However, please note that regardless if a Cisco MCS server is used, or a customer-provided Compaq or IBM server, that the operating system (in addition to CallManager) should be loaded using the software CDs that Cisco provides.

I just went and checked on Marketplace and the part number for CallManager 3.1 software on a customer provided Compaq is: SW-CCM-3.1-COMPAQ
