component miu: failed to load text to speech error

When I try to have unity read e-mails, getting the following prompt: sorry this e-mail cannot be read now. Please try again later. I get the following error in the app log on the unity server.

What version of Unity is this?

Did you have the TTS engine licensed at the time you installed Unity? This is commonly a problem when a site gets TTS added post install, they add it to the license file but then don't run an upgrade (which will install the TTS engine itself).

so should I rerun the install?

Just running an upgrade (i.e. no need to install from scratch) should put the engine on there if that's what the issue is.
