Re: Component Miu: Thread 0x00000260 had a Failure on

We're probably going to need a bit more information on this one. Unity version? What's the integration type? If it's CCM, what's the TSP version? Does this happen a lot, or did this show up once? Can you reproduce it?

From the looks of the call sequence, I think this happened in the middle of a supervised transfer. I could go into all sorts of wacky theories as to why this popped up, but the best course of action is to gather some system information and contact TAC.

If this is coming up a lot, and you are at current versions of the necessay components, TAC will need to help out gathering traces.

Re: Component Miu: Thread 0x00000260 had a Failure on

Versions as follows:

Unity: 2.4(6.135)
TSP: 1.0(0.36)
Call Manager: 3.0(11)

This happened this morning, and I can't recall seeing this in the past. I havn't reproduced it, I really, don't know what caused it. If you need more, let me know!

Re: Component Miu: Thread 0x00000260 had a Failure on

It's probably a timing issue. If you didn't lose funcitonality on port 1 after this happened, you might jut want to keep an eye out for any further occurances (and not lose any sleep). If port 1 was lost, open up a TAC case.

It also wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade to TSP 3.0.4.

Re: Component Miu: Thread 0x00000260 had a Failure on

Don't you folks recommend upgrading each component across the board, with the approved tested combinations of CCM TSP and Unity? Or is this Ok to perform out of sync of doing the entire nut across the board?

Re: Component Miu: Thread 0x00000260 had a Failure on

You reported that Unity was at 2.4.6.135 and CCM was at 3.0.11. The version matrix of Unity 2.4.6.135, CCM 3.0.11 and TSP 3.0.4 is a supported configuration. Please refer to the release notes for TSP 3.0.4.
