Conference Connect and On Hold Timer

For the Conference Connect server, can you configure it to provide ad-hoc conferencing capabilities for a group of phones? I have it working for meet-me conferencing just fine but I've been unsucessful in setting it up for ad-hoc conferencing. Next question - If I put a caller on hold is their a timer that will kick on that will make the call ring again on the phone of the party that originally placed the caller on hold? A customer wants to know in the event that they forget that they've placed a caller on hold.

The reminder like call ring again is not supported in the call mananger
