Conference Connection - One Way Audio

We are experiencing a sparotic issue where a user who dials into Conference Connection is unable to be heard by the rest of the participants. The user can hear everyone else speaking. Hanging up and calling back in does not always resolve the problem. The other participants do not have an issue.

Already checked speed and duplex settings on server and switch. Port looks clean.

Any ideas?

Veriy if you have redundant paths in the network. If so, then possibly an access-list or route issue on the 2nd path might be affecting the traffic from the users phone to the conference bridge.
