I have installed a Conference Connection server which is functioning correctly. However, when a user logs in to schedule a conference - they were first getting an error when trying to e-mail the conference info (default mail client error). Now, they don't get that option to e-mail at all...
How do I get this feature back, and where do I need to configure the default mail client?
Make sure that ConvEmail.dll is copied properly. If this dll file is not copied, Copy ConvEmail.dll from the ccc\LDAPSync directory on the Cisco Conference Connection CD to the $DCDSRVR\lib directory on the Cisco CallManager directory machine (where $DCDSRVR is typically C:\dcdsrvr).
