Conference Connection

I just installed CCC and if I dail into a conference using the dial pattern that I created in CM which is 11111 followed by the conference ID, it works fine. However, if I dial the conference connection CTI route Point I get the welcome greeting, I enter the ID, it confirms the ID, I then press the # and it tells me "The phone number you are trying to reach is currently out of service" But like I said I have other phones in the conference already and I can enter the conference from the same phone by dialing the dial pattern above. Any ideas?

Try adding a trailing # on the CCC RP. This should fix your problem i guess. I am also curious to know what version of CCC you are running currently.
