Conference soft button produces no response

When trying to start-up a conference call on a 7935 the phone does not respond with the conference soft key is pressed. On a 7960 phone the conf key provides dial tone but does not allow you to get back to the other call.

Try restarting the "Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App" on the CallManager.
