conferencing disconnected between ip phones

dear sir,

we've this scenario. Phone A called phone B , After phone B pickup then press on phone B softkey, more--> confren , after that the phone A & B sessions will goes off .We've changed to other new ip phone that same model , same issue occured. Mind to advise what made the conferencing can't works? We've 1 ccm publisher and 1 ccm subscriber. Both ccm version 4.1(3) sr2.

Please advise. thank you very much. Appreciation.

Hi Charles,

This does not sound like a phone problem but rather a lack of Conference resources. What type of Conference Bridge are you using, Hardware or Software? Here are some good guides that will help you get this setup;
