Conferencing DSP Resource

I note that CM 3.1 still only allows for a single Conferencing location.

I have several locations (Seperated by a WAN with limited Bandwidth). We only have a single CM cluster at the host site but all the remotes wish to have local conferencing capability.

Has anyone got a timeframe when we can do this
