conferencing problem

Dear All

We have a 4.1(3) sr3a ccm server with a publisher and a subscriber at one of the client site.There has been conference drop as in conference cannot be completed on the phone once the 4th,5th or 6th party is taken for conference which varies.

The testing has been done for the hardware cfb where the sh dspfarm all shows the cfb connectivity of users as well as for the s/w cfb.The mrg configured carries the hardware cfb and the moh,mtp of the system and the s/w cfb only carries the moh.The ad hoc session on the sys parameter for conferencings also been changed to 6.The codec used 5 phones taken for testing are g711 throught without any codec conversion.

Is it that the 4th,5th and 6th parties do connect to the conference and the call drops after a while or are you not able to add the 4th, 5th or 6th parties to the conference ?

As the conference initiator takes the 4th,5th or 6th phone for conference it shows conference cannot be completed on the initiators phone and the 4th,5th or 6th party is not able to join the conference.The 4th,5th or 6th are at times able to join the conference.

The problems been solved it was because of the bandwidth limitation configuration of the location on the ccm.So we had to make it unlimited.
