configure autoattendant with ephone

I am trying to configure autoattendant with ephones. The problem is that all the configurations I've seen use pots interfaces and I can't use it with the kind of configuration I am using.

My config looks like this:

call application voice autoatt flash:its-CISCO.

call application voice autoatt operator 1000

call application voice autoatt aa-pilot 1000

call application voice autoatt language 1 en

call application voice autoatt set-location en 0 flash:

voice-port 0/2/0

compand-type a-law

cptone ES

timeouts interdigit 2

ephone-dn 17

hold-alert 30 originator

number 1000

application autoatt

If someone has any idea why the autoattendant is not working?

Re: configure autoattendant with ephone

Try the config I have layed out below, replacing the with the IP address being used locally on the router by CME (loopback or fast/gig ethernet). This sends calls that are matched with 1000 to the autoatt script. This assumes you have verified the script is loaded with no errors.

dial-peer voice 1000 voip

application autoatt

destination-pattern 1000

session target ipv4:

incoming called-number 1000

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

no vad

also remove the ephon-dn 17 that has number 1000 associated as it might match and interfere with this dial-peer.

also your operator should be a different DN than the AA.
