Configure CDR reports .

Hello,

I need to have the CDR record for a customer showing the unit rates for each call. How do i configure the same in the CM. for eg the customer needs that I give him the report of the call charge too along with the other details like duration, destination and time.

Second there are a few IP Confernece phones where users will be making international calls. How can I make a billing records in this case. Any advise ?

Pretty straight forward. CDR works for international calls from conf phones as well.

hi,

Thanks for the reply. I need to know whether billing information too can be displayed in the CDR report.

For eg can i input the pulse rate per second as applicable to different countries for international calls.
