I need to have the CDR record for a customer showing the unit rates for each call. How do i configure the same in the CM. for eg the customer needs that I give him the report of the call charge too along with the other details like duration, destination and time.
Second there are a few IP Confernece phones where users will be making international calls. How can I make a billing records in this case. Any advise ?
