Configuring Caller-ID on CME

Hi,

I have a CME setup, I need to enable Caller-ID feature on 3845 Router. The Caller ID is working on the IP Phones of my Internal Network but I need to see the Calling party number which is outside the office (PSTN).

Is the connection to PSTN an FXO or PRI /CAS?

its an FXO (VIC2-2FXO)...

voice-port 0/0/3

caller-id enable

If that doesn't work, make sure TELCO is sending you calling-id but turning on 'debug vpm signal' command.

Hi guys,

I have the same problem but the connection to PSTN is PRI.

How can I configure the caller-id?

The router is 3845 and CME 3.4
