Configuring CRA

I have a CCM 4.1(3) and I´m installing A CRA. After I choose "Use the default repository profile", I get the message " LDAP Configuation - Error There has been some failure while updating the LDAP. Please contact the administrator"

I´m using the Cisco CallManager Features and Services Guide to install CRA.

My Cisco CRA Engine service doesn´t start too.

Some tip?

Re: Configuring CRA

Try to fill in the password of the 'Directory Manager' user of DC Directory in the CRA Repository configuration. It is possible that the password set up was different from the one that you use during the installation process.
