configuring DID SIP server on CUCM v9.1

How to configure DID SIP trunk to SIP server on CUCM v9.1?

i have CUCM server 9.1, and i need to configure SIP Trunk server (STC server ), i did the routing and i can ping it but i don't know how to implement it incase of i configured my voice gateway H323 or SCCPand which one is the best ????

If it's going to be directly from CUCM to the telco, just a SIP trunk.

If it's going to be to an ISR, SIP or H323.

thank you brother i tried the SIP Trunk and alhamd lelah finally its working after more troupleshooting, BUT still have avery big problem :   i have 2 models of cisco phones deployed in this network: -1-) 6941 sccp phones and its working well incoming and outgoing calls

-2-) 9951 sip phones that are working good for incoming calls but for outgoing calls make disconnect problem after reply

i mean : only from 9951 phones when i call any outside company number(national or international or mobile) it disconnect the call directly after the destination reply to the call

please any help in that
