Configuring IVR on ISR 2801 with CCME 3.3

Hello all!!!

I try to configure b-acd service on 2801 with CCME. All works fine, but I suspect that when customer dial pilot number, and do not press any key, the line stay active until Customer on-line (he listen repeating :) )

so the is frizen :(

How can I configure, to automaticaly transfer this call to operator or drop

I´m trying to configure B-ACD on callmanager express 4.0 and i dont know what happens but i don´t listen the .au messages...

May be:

param welcome-prompt

or if you use your audio files, they may in in incompatable coding ...

Best way to do this is to use Cisco Unity Express and the AA capability on it. Much more flexible and powerful, and more easily managed.

Can you get additional information? May be link to CUE. How I can install and configure this feature on Cisco 2801 ISR?

Sorry, but does ISR2801 support CUE modules?
