Configuring the SIP Timer of CUCM 8.6

Hi All,

I have a client that has a recording solution (Nice NTR) which is intergrated with the CUCM via a SIP Trunk.

The client has been told by the maunfacturer of the recording solution to configure the SIP TCP Timer (Clusterwide) to a value of 0.

When this value was changed, the Cisco platform crashed, and the settings was reverted back to the original settings.

My question is what should the value be for this setting, is it correct the this value can only be set betweem 1-5.
