User was in the middle of adding recipients when she got sidetracked... said something in the affect of "Oh crap" and simply hung up. Later on, one of the recipients called and asked her if she had any thing to add to the "Oh Crap" message. Is there something that could be turned on that will send the message ONLY if they sender hits some key, ie. pound-sign?

No, not currently... I would like it if we had a "drafts folder" type functionality where you could record/address messages and leave them there if you terminate the call without explicitly sending the message. Currently, however, if the message is recorded and it has at least one recipient if you hang up it'll be sent.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
