Any incoming call results in our five-digit internal number being displayed to the caller. Outbound calling (phone mask and name) is all good. We don't have any translation patterns affecting what is sent out on to the PSTN. Have tried different combinations of all the PRI protocol options - but nothing seems to be having an affect.
Have unselected the "Display IE" but seemed to have no affect. Will reload gateway, instead of just resetting, to see if it makes a difference. DN level has internal name, alerting name, line number and mask on all the phones, whether a DID or non-DID. We have tried both direct numbers (51662) and redirected numbers (51600 to 53000 to 59004) - and we are consistently sending out, when it is an incoming call, the five-digit.
I'm a novice when it comes to CCM, but why wouldn't CCM send the external phone number mask in a case like this? We're about to implement Cisco IPT and I'm worried that we'll run into the same problem since we have several PRI circuits.
