Connecting a 3660 to a Norstar Key System

I have to connect a Norstar to a 3660 router via BRI. Both devices sit in the same data center. Then I want to add that 3660 as a gatway to my CCM cluster 500miles south so I can 5 digit dial from office to office. The CCM piece is the easy part. We have an established IPSEC tunnel between sites.

I can not seem to be able to fine any documentation on this. Any help would be great.

PS Is there an easier way to do this. I know that I need dial-peers on the 3660 not sure about the Norstar.
