I have a customer that wants to connect a VIC-4FX0 WIC to a Peavey MMA875T amplifier (which is used for a warehouse intercom system) via an RCA connector. The cable would be connected from the (4-pin) WIC to the line-in on the amplifier through the RCA connector.
It is this RCA termination that, for me, poses an issue.
Is this technically possible, and if so, how would it be possible? The VIC-4FX0 WIC uses a 4-pin cable: which of the pins would be connected to the RCA connector?
As a note, I have never performed this sort of set-up, so please treat me as a newbie, in this regards.
Any assistance or answers would be highly appreciated!

Hi, you have to verify that the amplifier input is to be connected to an FXO port. Beside that the physical connection is not of significance. Just use the the inner pins.
please rate post if it helps!

You can also look into purchasing a paging unit from valcom. http://www.valcom.com/v%2D9970.htm
