I have Avaya Definity system ( Digital and Analog Avaya phones, trunk lines to P.T.T. ) and IP Ethernet module
How can I integrate this system with Cisco CallManager & Cisco IP phones ?
Can I communicate between the CallManager and Definity via Ethernet ?
OR
Should I have a cisco voice gateway connected to Definity via E1 for example ?
Thanks

I would connect them via a voice gateway. That is what we did here and it works rather well. Someone posted this solution earlier regarding the LAN board on a Definity G3r and CallManager:

You can have the CallManager and the Definity with the Voice modules in place talking to one another via the Ethernet. I have a document that details the configuration. However, not all features are supported.
