Consistant Failing VG200 T1 Controller

The Vg200 T1 controller that connects my VoIP network to the PSTN is failing at least once a week.

It seem to hardware related, a simple repalcing of the controller works everytime. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this sort of error. The controller reads:

Transmitter is sending remote alarm

and

Receiver has remote alarm

It is interfaces the PSTN via a PRI.

When you say you are replacing the controller what do you mean? Are you switching out the whole network module or just the MFT vwic? If you do a show controller are you getting a lot of errors on the T1? Have you had the telco loop up the smart jack or the loop up to the vg200 to test the T1? Sounds like something with the t1 itself not something specific to ISDN.
