Console Attendant use with CM/AD integration ...Line status ?
I have CM 4.1(3) integrated with AD. The phone number for the users in AD is 10-digit extension. The CM has 4 digit ext for the phones.
Due to AD integration, the Console Attendant displays 10 digit extension, with a ? status for the lines. If we change the ext to 4 digit in AD it works fine. Is there any way we can maintain the 10 digit ext in AD and make it work with Attendant console ? Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am sure someone would have come accross the same dilemma before :)
