We are using Console Attentent 1.1(3) with Call Manager 3.2(2c)SPH.
Consult Transfer doesn't always allow us to press "consult transfer" a second time to complete the transfer. About half the time we attempt a consult transfer we get to the point we want to complete the transfer and when we press the "consult transfer" button the second time it brings up another number pad like it does when you press it the first time. The screen shows the call on hold and the new call below it but you can't complete the transfer. I can end call on the second number resume the first and try it again and might work just fine. I've tried it everyway I can think of and about half the time I just can't complete the transfer. Call Waiting is set to off.
