Having problems with a PSTN call coming in to Phone X. Phone X answers and transfers to Phone Y. Before the transfer, X wants to speak to Y but occasionally this is not possible (no audio)- in this case if X blind transfers to Y then Y is connected to the PSTN without any problems.
Any ideas?
