On one of our subscribers, the 7912 phones are experiencing countinous reboot. They were all working fine yesterday. A few seconds after they come up, they start re-configuring again. All the other models are doing just fine. Can anyone please tell what the problem here is and what needs to be done to resolve this issue?
Please can you tell us what version of CallManager you are using?
As per the post on the other forum (IP Telephony), it's always advisable to check in the application and system logs on the Windows server to see exactly why the phones are failing (if there's anything in there at all).
First off, is there any underlying issue with the network infrastructure (i.e. PoE problem or DHCP)?
Second, as suggested on the other post, try a new phone load to see if that helps.
