This issue is with a user answering a call in her IP Phone and the CallManager is 3.1(3a).The gateway is 6608 T1 gateway with the latest load.
The user gets a call,answers the phone and the caller can hear her fine but
the user gets cut off in mid-sentence and after sometime she hears the caller again.The caller is able to hear her throughout the call.This seemed like an audio cut-through error and I could find a related bug CSCdx64502.Is this the bug we need to be looking at.This bug needs to minimise the MGCP timeout.Will this provide a resolution to this problem?

Just a little additional informion.The PSTN gatway is VG200MGCP gateway.

Yes.Minimising the timeout fixed the issue.We changed it from 5 to 1 second.
