convert t.37 (sip) to t.37 in as5300

Hi,

Is it possible to use AS5300 to convert an incoming t.38 message to t.37 and sent it to a mail storage server?

If it possible, could somebody give me a link or a hint how I should configure this service.

Regards Niklas

T.37 conversion is only supported from analog links. T.38 or any other VoIP codec to T.37 isn't currently (or expected to be) supported.

T.38 calls essentially function like VOIP calls. The T.38 codec can be viewed as just another codec. So in terms of performance impact, T.38 is the same as a voice call. T.37 fax store and forward calls have additional overhead, the main ones being the tiff conversion and the SMTP processing. So T.37 calls add more CPU.
