Converting an old MCS-7825H into a linux server

I have an old Call Manager server hardware I want to pull out of storage and put it into use as a utility server. Where would I get/how would I change the ROM bios to that of an HP original equipment? It seems I am unable to add a second hard drive to the machine because of the propriety bios. The machine specs out as a DL320 G3 I believe.
