In my old PBX system ,there was a set of speed dials setup on each one.Now i have moved into new location.and i am using CCM 5.1 in new location .speed dials is no longer here.one way around it is for people to create entries in their personal address book via the web.then copy those names into the fast dial list.Some of the admins have created these entries in their personal address books and fast dials. Can we please review if it is possible to copy the personal address book and fast dial information from one person to another (From the admin to their manager,for example)
