Corporate Directory issues after upgrade

After an upgrade from 3.13a spf to 3.14b spc, the corporate directory fails. Pressing search after entering a name yields the following error message;

Error Description: Object doesn't support this property or method.

Error Number - 7ff5fe4a

I resynced LDAP with avvid_save, cleandsa, etc. but still have the same problem. I have also restarted the publisher and verified the ip address in the url field.

Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

It may not be an issue with the directory, especially if ccmadmin is working okay. Did you patch the OS? It may be an issue with IIS. Also, does the event viewer show anything?

I also installed CCM sp3 for 2k and spc for 3.14b. The event viewer does not show anything but transcient disconnects on an ATA. How do I tell if it is IIS related?
