Corporate directory on CCME

Folks,

I am connecting a CCME system to a callmanager system and would like the ccme users to be able to access the corpporate directory. I tried to follow cco instructions, but, for some reason it is not working for me. here is the config:

telephony-service

load 7910 P00403020214

load 7960-7940 P00307020200

max-ephones 10

max-dn 100

ip source-address 192.168.8.2 port 2000

auto assign 1 to 5

url information http://192.168.21.10/CCMUser/GetTelecasterHelpText.asp

url directories http://192.168.21.10/localdirectory

url messages http://192.168.21.10/Voicemail/MessageSummary.asp

url services http://192.168.21.10/CCMUser/123456/urltest.html

create cnf-files version-stamp Jan 01 2002 00:00:00

dialplan-pattern 1 617267.... extension-length 4

voicemail 99

max-conferences 8 gain -6

web admin system name admin password 12345

transfer-system full-consult

My callmanager publisher is 192.168.21.10 and subscriber is x.x.x.11

when i press directories on my ip phone (ccme) i get redirecting message and that is all.

am i missing something?

Please help. will surely rate this post.

Re: Corporate directory on CCME

url directories http://x.x.x.x/localdirectory is the location of the directory on the CME . In order to use Corporate Directory from the callmanager you need to point your CME phones to the same URL you have for the directories in the enterprise parameters on the callmanager.By default it is

http://192.168.21.10/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp

so you have to use

Router(config-telephony)# url directories http://192.168.21.10/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp
