I have a number of users that show up in Corporate Directory but their 4 digit phone numbers are not showing up & I can't use the dial button to call them.
I have checked their settings & they are exactly the same as users whose 4 digit number is in Corporate Directory.
I have tried deleting the users phone & recreated it from scratch & their 4 digit number still does not show up.
I made a copy of a users phone that does show up in Corporate Directory & modified it with the MAC address of the problem users phone & her phone # still does not show up...
any ideas?

Hi Gary you are saying that under CCMAdmin | Global Directory users are displaying the correct Telephone number but if we search for them in Corporate Directory Only name is displayed.?
Are you using AD, DCD or Netscape Directory?
Working users have Device Associated?

I found the problem, I did not have the phone number field in Active Directory filled in.
