Since upgrading Callmanager from 3.1(4) to 3.1(4) Patch C the Corporate Directory Search when used from XML browser on 7960 phones no longer functions when users attempts a search by extension number.
Searching by first and/or lastname still works.
Error Message: No Records Match
Has anyone got a Fix or Workaround to this problem please ?

I'm wondering if there is a hiccup in the LDAP directory. You might give this a shot:

I got the same problem, but I did not get the error message just nothing showed. Did you get a solution.

Hi,
this is supposed to be a bug of spA (CSCdz00224: 3.1(4b) SP A breaks telephone number search in DCD), which is resolved in spC. We were preparing to upgrade to spC for that reason and now it does not work?
