Corporate Directory shows all users

Hi,

If I add a user in the Callmanager for TAPI/JTAPI-use without a tel.number, I don't want it to be shown in the corporate-directory/webattendant/softphone. Is there a way to achieve this?

I thougt that this was resolved in an late 3.0(x) version, but we have 3.1(1). Did the problem return?

It is really annoing for our customers.

The best way to resolve this is to store the first name and surname of the JTAPI user (or any non real-person entry) with a . infront of the names. this way when a user searches the directory with a leading character the devices aren't listed.

Of course if they search the whole directory with no filter the .jtapi would be listed but hey they should use a filter.

I agree, but you can't filter in the webattendant!

This is real problem for our customers.
