corporate directory

I am using CM 3.0(11). With this I can not see the corporate directory option when I prees the directories button. Does anyone know what the problem is? I all ready checked the ent param value.

I had the same problem just after installing CCM. Try setting the ccm details to its ip address in the system defaults screen. Also, try powercycling the ccm server.

Check to ensure that hostnames are setup correctly with DNS, and if not, specify IP addresses. (You can double check this by pressing the help button (?) on the ip phone and scrolling down to view the entries. The ip address of the ccm should be visible).

Get the following file from the TAC. It's a 34MB compressed file named "IntegratedInstalldiskimage1-192.zip".

After installing this file, and re-adding all the users back into the ccm, the directory function on the phones was present and worked fine

NB We were using ccm 3.1(1), so the zip file from the TAC might be named slightly diff from yours.
